Selling Venues

Being a newcomer to this forum, my apologies if this topic has been discussed before. I have maybe 50 reasonably good quality duplicates that I would like to sell, but I am not sure what the best venue would be for accomplishing that. I don't anticipate that this would be an ongoing activity, just an initial effort to clean up the existing situation and then occasional forays when I accumulate additional duplicates.

Would you more experienced hands have any suggestions for what venues would be best suited for a occasional seller such as myself?

If you search this board, you will find several threads offering opinions on various venues, auction sites, and other selling options.

CanadaStamp - thanks for the info; it was very informative. I've just have been a little concerned about whether ebay would be the most effective forum for my situation.

revenuecollector - I did several searches looking for relevant information prior to posting the question. Saw some interesting stuff which was helpful, however

I had hoped, being new to this forum and seeing the responses some other newbies have recently received on basic questions, that some of the more experienced collectors would be willing to share some of their updated and specific insights and suggestions with selling for someone in my position.

ebay is the way to go. If you really want to sell your stock, it has by far the most traffic. It's pretty simple to do.
