More Ebay Weirdness

I have Some #32 mint blanks. They are real because I say they are...lol Anyone interested?

Tell you what. Send them to me with a note telling me how you located them but that you have no proof of what they are. Since I am a (newly) well-known buyer of #32, it should be sufficient proof of their validity. I can them sell them for big, big bucks, and I will split the profits with you. Sound good?

I agree 100%. Sellers have an ethical obligation to describe their material as accurately as possible. And if they are unsure, they should simply state so.

The biggest problem we see on ebay (and other similar sites) is sellers who simply put pictures up with no word descriptions at all. While ebay policy does allow that, the policy is confusing becuse if you read the rules for listing stamps, they say something different. But no matter what the ebay policy might be, isn't it a common-sense issue?

I presume you are asking how many items we return with "no opinion". The answer is VERY FEW. As a matter of practice and courtesy we do give a really good shot at validating (good or bad) anything that is submitted to us. There are some things, however, that simply cannot be proven or sufficiently explained and we will not risk our reputation by issuing any certificate based on a wild guess. I suspect that our ratio of "no opinions" is well under 1% because the committee members (individually or collectively) make it a point to research all odd items.

I think these are a beautiful example of EXTREMELY dry printings...

Why would it matter what someone else said they were, I have been told here that when writing on the back of a stamp shows a scott number it is not to be believed but we are to believe some explanation that someone said came with some blanks.

I have a lot of these, some different colored paper I suppose I better start documenting them as blank stamps now so 100 years from now they know they are blank stamps.

These stamps sure must be hard to fake since not many on the market. Someone should buy, copy and start cranking out sheets so we can all enjoy these fantastic stamps.

Reminds me of Poppie movie (Robin Williams)where they show his pop in a picture on the wall, no picture available so they just framed the words "me pop", get a frame and write the words "Me Stamp" it can be anything you want it to be. Value $priceless!
