I haven't added to this thread in a while, so here's my latest book acquisition. Been looking through a copy of this from my local library, and decided I needed it for my own library, especially the way my collecting interests have been heading. This is a 1974 reprint of Winthrop S. Boggs' 1947 two volume set, and is a MUST for the Canadian Postal Historian (or so I've been told)  Finally sprung for a copy on Amazon, from one of the few dealers I could find who would ship up here to Canada. Not cheap, I can tell you but worth every penny. Turns out, from the book plate on the inside cover, this belonged to well known American Philatelist W.  My latest addition to my library. I found it for free at this reuse-station where I dropped off some things I don't need anymore. I do have far newer issues of this catalog, but it was stamp-related and free so I couldn't help myself. |

Regarding the Norgeskatalogen, the annual issues often contain one-off articles on specialized subjects, so it can be worthwhile keeping older issues around. |

DJCMHOH, I went looking for that Albania book and couldn't find where I could order a copy. It looks like the author works for the Tirana Times, but the Tirana Times Bookstore link took me to a Facebook page. Could you tell me how you got it? Thanks. |
