I was going to list this cover on ebay. Does anyone know what "LONDON N.D.O.N.L. stands for? The cover was sent as printed matted, probably some type of advertising.

I guess it's "LONDON NDO N1" for London Northern District Office N1 where N1 is the postal district.

info as above by nigelc plus the postmark was used in Columbia machines doing a single impression as opposed to the Krag machines doing continuous impressions. Your postmark was used from December 1917 to November 1918.
