The two German stamps are Michel 66 issued in 1900 and the second is Michel 81 reissued in 1902. The inscription on the top panel was altered from "Reichpost" to "Deutsches Reich".
I have to agree that the right images ARE slightly smaller. I wonder if they also caught that the left are slightly out of focus.
Oh, and the crowns on the left were drawn by a five year old, whereas the crowns on the right were obviously drawn by a ten year old. You can tell by the level of sophistication involved.
