I see every once in a while Linns will have an update on a flaw or missprint on new stamps being issued. If one was to know of a major misprint error on the 2014 issues. Who would one contact to put the news out there

You should post it here first as all collectors would like to know about it, others may have the same error, or perhaps its not an error at all.

Agree as BlackJag and wert. you should post here. that way other will
come to know. Finally apart from Scott recognition collectors are whose voice market listens.
Like in past putting Monroe stamps I showed there are two flaws not
one. 1. Blind perforation and 2. is missing star perforation.
