Here is a recent cover of a specialsed stamp auction catalog which we will see cut up and being offered in the future . These stamp will be cut out and offered as proofs or cut square and offered as a S/S or some kind of special printing .
The clue to this cinderella or fake special item is the grayish-cream colored front and a shiny white glossy backside .

This is why I have avoided buying proofs from foreign countries, even my beloved Panama.
