you need to realize that the prices your stamps sell for may be more or less than the ones you find for completed ebay auctions as their value depend on the centering and condition of te stamps (and then ebay can be erratic and sometimes a stamp will sell unusually high or low)

Ihavestamps, the advice in this community IS priceless as JessEm indicated. But key question here is WHAT you are interested in accomplishing?
If you simply wish to sell your stamps (mayb an inherited collection), that's very different than if you seriously have an interest in learning about stamp collecting. It makes no sense for you to absorb all the intricacies of stamp collecting if your goal is to sell what you now have. Seems you need to determine if you're a new collector, or an owner in need of a consignment seller for your lot. If you're in it for the long haul, ArtfulHinger's suggested use of ebay closed item sales is solid. But as indicated by I Love Stamps, many of us would help you ID a few stamps assuming hi-quality scanned images. But if you want to learn, purchase a used Scott Catalogue for the countries you own -- I but used from libraries posted on Amazon for a nice savings.
