These are the First Coins, "DOAR IVRI" definitive stamp issues and the State of Israel's first postage stamps. The 3m thru 50m are also known as Low Values and the 250m thru 1000m are known as High Values.
They have Scott numbers 1 -9. I am not sure what you have above- an essay? a print to advertise?

Below are the actual stamps w/tabs

SPELLING CORRECTED ---and what about the sheet ? The English wording on the bottom is telling me it may be for a stamp show or a commerical item given out by a stamp firm .

Your sheet is un-numbered so it is most likely a re-print of the original, but the general outlook of the sheet tells me it is original.
2,000 double sheetlets [4,000 sheets] were printed although that figure is most likely a bit on the low side because of numbers seen.
The paper was white but some were printed on varying shades of cream-yellow-off white. They were used for promotional purposes by the fledgling Postal service [Doar Ivri].
The 'N' of the initial No. was seriffed while all reprints [seen] are not. But your sheet does not have a number.

There are a number of reproductions with different colour papers and printing. Most were given away or sold at National or International Exhibitions in Israel.

I'll scan my copy later.....it's a reprint.
