Cook Islands Postmark Help

I don't run across very many postally used stamps from the Cook islands so I would like to give this bit of ragged paper it's own page.

Need help with the postmark. It's a straight line with the letters ? UKET ? or CKET It does not match any village postmark that I can find.

I was guessing that it might be Bucket Mail. I have no idea what Bucket mail is? Maybe the word Ticket? Any help would be appreciated.
