You can have Van Dam numbers, but not Scott numbers...they are revenues, so Scott doesn't list them.

I am not a revenue stamp expert but I gave a look to my old Van Dam catalogue and these appear to be as follows:

FWT7, FWT8
FWT10, FWT12
FWT13

FX1, FX7
FX9, FX14

Well, I might be a little less than pleased with that if I had paid $120 for this book. But there I go thinking out loud again.

Sooooooo, I guess I could use some help with the BV on these as well.

Hi JessEm, my old Van Dam catalogue (1984) does not put a very high value on any of these. The most expensive is probably only a few dollars. But this catalogue is way too old to be realistic since revenues have gained popularity in recent years. You could certainly check ebay to see some real-world values but somebody else will need to chime in here to provide the latest Van Dam catalogue values.
