I didn't see P22222 mentioned in PNC3.org's "Plate Number Coil News" (This is where I usually see the first report of a new plate number).
Lipson's Angel Fire site doesn't list it/mention it.
The Apr edition of Coil Line (electronic) won't be published until next week.
I guess my question is what site/info source am I not reading? Thanks. |

acanalizo: You have a typo in your Star-Quilts item numbers. They should be 6 digits. 781003 & 799903 for strips of 25 from 3K & 10K rolls respectively. These were reported in the latest edition of Linn's. |

I would hope the actual stamp has the same life like look. Sometimes the publicity pic is better than the actual stamp. |

There has also been an unannounced re-issue(?). Scott 5052, the Flag and Clouds coil has been found with a "B" ( BCA ) prefix. The coil did not have a first day ceremony, since it was not a new issue. It also does not have a seperate Scott number and as far as we know is not available from the cave as a separate issue.

Peter,
Did I miss something? I thought the Flag and Clouds with a B plate number prefix has been known for months. Or is there a new B number?

Quote: A new plate number has been reported for the Star Spangled Banner of 2014. Plate Number P22222 Exactly what issue are we talking about?? The one I've seen referred to as the SSB is 4691-93, which carries either a S111 or B111 plate number and was a 2015 issue, so a P22222 does not make sense. If you mean the 4854 (which was a 2014 issue), there is already a P2222 (four 2's) that is well known. |

This is the (reprint) of #5052 Forever U.S. Flag US PNC Coil Strip #B11111 by BCA. Does anyone know if this BCA was printed in 2016 or 2017?
