This Danish stamp, printed in both
gravure and with Braille embossing, was
issued on 5 October 1990 for "Fredericia,
'The Town for Everybody.'" In 1991 the
stamp was given a medal and a diploma
at the First International Philatelic Arts
Festival in Italy for its "cultural, moral,
and civilian aspect" (Denmark, Stamp
#927).

Wert, I see you're into European stuff now too.

You finished flyspecking your Canadian stamps?

When I first saw the heading on this thread I thought of Wert. Then I thought "No, can't be! Wert speaks better French!".
Then, to my big surprise it was Wert!
Wert, Braille was French, and Braille is a French name! Was you asleep in school?

You know I am just pulling your leg, I hope? Peter.
