I couldn't tell you what happened to this one. This is how it was before I took it out of the book. It a shame because it looks like it would've been a pretty neat perfin too.
Your stamp is S.G. 166 or Scott #79. The perfin looks to be S.L & Co. The condition means it is not worth anything but it can be of interest in researching the origin of the initials.
