I believe this is a British cut square. Was wondering what the cancel is. Looks like it might be Scottish...?

Newspaper Branch. NPB. I think that the NPB with a letter, and nothing else, is from London. My resources aren't available to me at this minute. There have been a few threads here over the years picturing NPB cancels.
