Here is Scott 119 (SG 109) that has multiple diagonal lines throughout.



The upper right diagonal lines goes quite far



While the lower right has an opposite diagonal in the "1" and several wiping lines in the lower periphery



There are opposing lines in the lower left also




I don't think we are seeing a re-entry, but interesting nonetheless. My other copies don't have any of these items. Any ideas?

With that upper right line curving as it does, I think that is a plate scratch caused by a dropped tool, the lines below are also probably tool marks.

I see similar tool marks on some of the Departmental plate proofs I have.Especially on an O5, this mark is a known constant plate mark at postition 8, sheet of 100. I haven't as yet found it on a stamp. I may never, as I collect used officials, and that yellow is a hard color to see plate marks with.
