Here's one from my collection. Note the three defacement lines. It is supposedly a TD107b (tagged, pebble gum):



However, the Scott Catalog provides this footnote:


Quote:
No. TD107b has been found with red, dark red, rose red, blue, blue green, green, orange, violet, brown, black violet, black, gray black, gray and silver defacement lines, which vary in number and thickness and which have been known to have been forged. Some defacement line colors may all be forgeries.


I cannot say whether my example is forged or genuine, but since SCV is only $1.50, it's not any great loss if it is found to be forged.
