Here is something a stamp dealer could offer a investor ,who is told color errors on British Colony stamps are blue chip investments and to get ahead of the catalog publishers . I cut a regular S/S in half so the color shows better in this example .
The "fantastic" offer came from a large bulk lot which I purchased during a recent public stamp auction .I think SHERMAE is correct from the typewriter tab ,that it is from 1977-1980 time period .I have one or two more of these and will post them later.
