I will have to dig mine out partime to check...looks like a possible scratch on the sheet after it was printed..And also terrible alignment of perforations as shown below.

Thanks for checking Wert. I also noted the perforation. Bad both horizontally and vertically, don't you think? What happened to quality control?

Its time you learned partime..Its not "Quality control" with Canada Post, it "Quantity control"...

I don't have any with the scratch under 1873, but I do have about 10% of my inventory with the same offset lower half of the number "1" in "17" as Partime's.

893 also has it.

BlackJag...That is a different stamp you posted from what partime posted..there are a few different ones...When I get home, I will try to find partime's stamp in my stuff and look at it..
