I will have to dig mine out partime to check...looks like a possible scratch on the sheet after it was printed..And also terrible alignment of perforations as shown below. Robert
I don't have any with the scratch under 1873, but I do have about 10% of my inventory with the same offset lower half of the number "1" in "17" as Partime's.
BlackJag...That is a different stamp you posted from what partime posted..there are a few different ones...When I get home, I will try to find partime's stamp in my stuff and look at it..
