Where online can I find a complete list of all of the cities in Belgium that issued Precanceled stamps prior to 1933.

www.precancels.com does not have a Belgium precancel catalogue for sale.
I have previously found a listing online before but am unable to locate it again.
It supposedly was a complete listing of Belgian cities that issued precancels but I have since found a few that were not on that list.

I am only looking for the list of cities not a detailed listing of individual stamps.

The PSS International catalog is about 50% devoted to Belgium as they make up about 50% of the world [non uS/Canada] precancels. It is more useful than other Belgium catalogs because it is 1. newer and more complete, 2. all English, 3. priced in USD, 4. less expensive, 5. easily available, 6. You get a lot of other countries for free.

Chasa, are there any plans to make the International Catalog available as a PDF download?

Chasa: I agree the catalog is worth the money. As a matter of practice, "all" catalogs are worth the money if you want to understand what you are collecting.

Chasa:
Thank you for the heads up on the PSS International Precancel Catalog.
I got mine in the mail today and it is great!

The PSS website really needs a complete make over for catalog listings.
The first time I went through the catalogue listings, I passed right over it.

They basically just list titles with a very sort description; from that you get very little idea what you are receiving. I had no idea the catalogue was an 8-1/2 x 11 format with about 300 pages. There are 150 pages for Belgium alone. The catalogue has no cover or binding and are 3 hole punched pages for a notebook or similar holder. The catalogue is very informative and very easy to read.

For what I paid for the catalogue, it was really a bargain indeed!
