Has anyone some experience with or knowledge of a catalog listing of those stamps?
Scott #NB1-9 does not show imperfs, nor does Michel. Or have I missed something?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Bill

Do you have any pictures? I encountered something similar (advertised as Hohenzollern Large Yacht Trial color proofs) to what you are asking about a couple years ago and discovered they were fantasy items. The article I have linked to here talks about those ...

In addition to the fantasy items, you could be looking at cut squares of postal stationary cards. I don't know off hand how many of the values were represented on those cards, but that certainly could be confused with imperf stamps.

Yvert lists a set price at the end of the listing, but does not separately price the individual stamps. No separate catalogue numbers, either. (They are Ruanda-Urundi 36-44, if you can believe it.)

Used, the imperf set is pretty close to the regular, perf set...a premium of a few euros, but mint, the bump is approximately +125%.

Below Belgian Congo B1-B9, Scott notes, but does not price, the underlying imperfs.

I don't have a Scott handy, so I'm not sure exactly which set you're talking about. If it's the AO overprints, Michel lists the imperfs as MiNr 25 U-33 U. Cat value €160 for the set.

Yes, NB1 to NB9 are the A.O. overprints on Belgian Congo Red Cross semipostals. My Yvert has some years on it, but that value [from Michel] is in the same ballpark. They [Yvert] also mention a 50% never-hinged premium.

90% of the value is found in the high value, so that is the key stamp to the set.

Riley, CJ and Postmaster -
Thank you for the comments.
My Michel is Germany only and I don't have a Europa which would include Belgium and colonies so I struck out there. The Mi 25U to 33U must be the proper numbers for these. They are on stamp paper (not card stock) and are ungummed.
Nor do I have a Yvert and the NH doesn't seem to fit with the ungummed stamps.
Will attach a scan of the first three.
(tried it; too big; will go back tomorrow and learn the ropes)
If you wish I can send you a scan of them - I am

I always wondered what these were. We were missing a picture. Here, the perf versions, and only up to NB6, so not much value, but still pretty nice.

There is no indication in Yvert that the imperfs would be issued without gum.

Great stamps, Partime. The elephant hunters on Belgian Congo are my favorite design of this general issue. In this iteration, NB7. Turns out mine is not scanned yet...I'll have to remedy that.

Here you go CJD, here are some 1916 Belgian occupation of German East Africa stamps, all with Kigoma cancellations. Check out the 1 franc issue for elephant hunting.

Just looked at the quality of the image and it isn't brilliant, to say the least. Here's the 1 franc elephant hunting in a bit more detail. How d'you eat an elephant? Bite by bite...

I finally put them away, and found another nice Elephant. I wouldn't be messing with this guy.

I also noticed that Re-Entries can appear anywhere. In this case, the 15c version has a double line in the LR and odd marks in the lettering at top. Anyone have the same?
