Hi, I am trying to identify this stamp by country and scott's catalogue number. I thought it was Russian around 1922 or 1923 based on date stamp, but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for the help
This is a Russian charity (not postage) stamp from 1923, issued by/for the All Russian Committee to help invalids (rough translation). There are also various overprints, and apparently listed in the Barefoot catalogue.
