I came across this stamp online and was wondering if this is a genuine stamp or not as I could not find any Scott Number in my 2013 Canada Scott Catalog.

It's horizontally perforated at the very bottom of the stamp. Well hidden, but there. (The perfs are still in their holes.)



OR It could be one horizontal row of three closely overlaid over another horizontal row of three.

Lol, nice trick, the 2 row are overlaping one over the other , they glue the 2 row overlapping on the original enveloppe. Can you provide a link where you see it.
