Your pages would fit a Davo binder, although you might have to add further holes if the Davo posts were in a different position. An empty binder and slipcase for France would cost around £45 (cloth) or £58 (rather tacky "luxury") in England - I assume that it would be less in the US. But I still think that, having bought the Ferrari, it might be better to get the right garage! |

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not sure I'm seeing the binders you are referring to. Davo USA do have some but I'm not impress by them and I couldn't find any general one. You are right I need the right garage. |

I really like my Davo LUXE padded leatherette US and German albums. Although some people dislike the bright white pages. Davo also makes un-marked LUXE albums, and also the LUXE standard (cloth). They are available at http://www.ihobb.com/c/DAVO_BLANK_PAGES.html.Also, you might be interested in the Elbe albums. The Elbe Washington album is spring back album and your pages would fit in it. |

Woua, this is not a cheap binder! Would you mind taking a picture of the inside and telling me how many pages you can put in one? |

And also putting up a couple of pages from the album after you've inserted the stamps.....

Dekka, your new album is the most beautiful I've seen! Great pages with your mint stamps in position. Currently I am only collecting US, but if I begin to collect some of the European nations, I will have to learn about these album makers that I have not heard about in the US. Happy collecting! |

Dekka, the album is beautiful. I think it is too late but I was interested in seeing the posts. You are saying the more you use it the more you love it can you give more information on what you like. Also would you be so kind as measuring the size of the binder, I would like to compare it to Schaubek. Even if you are convincing me to get the ceres binders I need 4 of them for the 20 years of pages I purchased. At $300 a binder I cannot put this expense for now, by the way how much was the shipping from France? |

The Binder measures 11.5 by 11.75 inches. It is 3 inches thick. This measurement does not include the curved binding with the Country name.
I like the album because of the quality and the nice presentation that it gives your stamps. It is a hingeless album but it actually has black split back mounts. They may be hand done but the application is very precise and uniform. I would prefer mounts that are split at the top but these are ok.
Oh, The postage was 50 Euro. But that was for the Binder and pages that I ordered. I think most of the weight was in the pages. The paper stock for the pages is very heavy.
Hope this helps. Tommy |

At 3 inches thick and only holding 50 pages, those pages must be very heavy indeed. |
