looks like a cinderella/label in support of developing support for soldiers. I'd say First World War era.
Very nice, but too bad about the condition.

A patriotic label for (Free) French Oceania. I think I would be careful about putting that with other materials.

Cjd makes an impt point here that is rarely discussed - the issue of possible contamination of the good stuff by potentially bad stuff. I've acquired lots of stamps from time to time that had a definite mildew stink. They go nowhere near my good stuff and find their way - quickly - to postage.
