In the 2015 Scott, the used price is an italicized $45.
The reason it is italicized is because fake/back-dated cancels abound. The catalog price is for a POSTALLY used stamp with a genuine proper time-of-use cancel. For this stamp, there are quite a few postally unused stamps with back-dated cancels and gum removed.
@khj I was asking that because EVERY time, NYSTAMP on ebay is ALWAYS giving the Scott CV of 500$. And I didin't understood wherefrom it was coming. They make the distingo between #63 ansd #54. They give for the 63 a CV of 575$ which is possible. http://www.ebay.fr/sch/Suisse-/4749...ssn=nystamps
No doubt an error in their listing. Wouldn't be the first time.
Also, the stamp shown in their listing does not appear to be a genuine postally used stamp. It appears to be postmarked AFTER the stamp was declared obsolete.
