I'm just curious about this quote though:

At least going by the Krieghoff stamps I have.
I haven't heard of any similar cases such as this.
I know that the main contractors printing stamps for
the USPS have used subcontractors such as Ferguson, American Bank Note,
Sommers but they print the whole stamp not just a portion.
