Nova Scotia #3 And #5?

Hello
I am looking for some expertise - Here are two of my Nova Scotia stamps and I am interested in some input:

First of all, from what I can tell these look genuine, but not being an expert would like to here from those that are. This would be a great stamp if it were not for the tear on the right.

Secondly, I think that they are a #3 dark blue (as opposed to the #2 bright blue) and a #5 dark green (as opposed to the #4 yellow green).

DCStamps...I am no expert with Nova Scotia forgeries, but found these pictures on a web site..Hope it helps.

At least as far as I can tell, they both look genuine and (except for the obvious flaws from the pictures, look pretty nice and bright.

For the moment, they make great place holders in my album

DCStamps...I think that your 6 pence is genuine 100%, but the 3 pence is still up in the air for debate...I will pull mine out and double check when I get a chance.

Here is my Scott #3 and Scott $5 to compare with yours.




Here is also a Scott #2 and a Scott #3 to compare bright blue and dark blue..I had to lighten them up cause they are usually darker after environmental affect over the years..But you can see the difference.

Will take a look at all of the sites and compare. Also, looks like there is something wrong with the pics on Photobucket will wait for it to resolve (or fix later if it doesn't)
