Hi guys..Take a look at my sheet of B4 Water Sports Stamp sheet..We know there is a constant variety at position 21-25, but found this period over the letter "R" in the word "Montreal" in position 30...Probably not a constant, but wondering if anyone has the same period over Montreal..?
