I sure hope I'm not bugging everybody with a bunch of newbie questions. This time it is a question of curiosity. I was wondering which of the two stamps you would put in your collection. Would you go for the centered precancel (A) or the centered stamp (B)?

The well centered stamp usually strikes me as a better way to go, but the smudge on it at left center seems odd for some reason. May be nothing.

But I like stamp A also. Must be I like a lot of earth or something to ground me!

Definitely A.

B is a space-filler stamp at best, it has short perfs and stains along the left side, and the printing of the precancel is poorer.

I would go with "A". It has a comparatively centered precancel, no stains/toning, fresher/cleaner appearing. "B" has better stamp centering, but that's all that is going for it.

Thanks for the input. I also chose A and that is the one currently in my album.
