Need help to I.D. what this is for .It is for 25 years of something ,the writing looks Ukraine with a Polish design ?

It`s Ukrainian (Ukrainska Narodn.a. Respublika). I found one on ebay (ended)

-edit: on 21.11.1920 Ukrainian army crosses the Zbruch river into polish controlled territory driven by the soviets. It might commemorate that event, as another exile begun in 1945
