I believe those relate to a Danish lottery instituted in 1860 to help with the reconstruction of Frederiksborg Castle, which had burned the prior year.
Lottery winners won art, and the proceeds went toward the restoration. As near as I can tell, lottery prizes bore a stamp of the lottery.
I'm guessing when I say I suspect that is what you have.
