I just got a Canada 119xx, the 20 cent King George V precancel. I thought it would be a Toronto precancel, but, evidently not. Can someone help me identify the city and correct precancel identification? Thanks in advance.

Toronto variety, listed as CL-2, on page 83 of the Unitrade 6th edition. It is known on 11 denominations.

It is TORONTO. The upper part of the word didn't print, probably because of poor inking or a piece of paper stuck to the pane.
