What is this? Can't be a 125 coil end as it's been clipped on the right. UR booklet 107b - can't be - perf wrong. It must be late - what am I missing here?
My guess is that it is a coil. It has been cut with scissors on the left and right sides to make it a single. It just so happens that the left side cut left the perforations and the right side did not.

The angle of the cut line on left and right seem to be the same. Indicating that it probably came from a dispenser, one-at-a-time.
