I need your help to identify this machine cancel. Also, are the two broken bars normal or an experimental variety type? Thanks!
Hal

The Machine Cancel Society offers a good book on these, but it is pricy. I don't have it. We need somebody who does as the answer to the blank spaces will probably be explained.

CHASA -- Thanks again. The MCS is a great study group. I'm a member but this is not a machine I collect. I found this in a "50-cent box" at a show on Friday.

If there a member of the Machine Cancel Soc. on this Forum that can tell me the Machine Type? Is it a C4-124? If YES, the Bar pattern (spacing) appears to be different from the one shown in Bob Payne's, "U.S. Classic Machine Cancels 1871-1991", Volume 2. Is it the same machine with a different killer?
Thanks.
