I'm hoping someone can help identify this stamp for me. The lettering seems very "hand drawn". I've tried every resource I have to identify this one but no luck so far. There appears to be some lettering in one of the waves on the lake but even under a magnifying glass I couldn't make it out.

What does it say? Is the guy holding a sheet in his mouth?

Scotts describes him as a fisherman on the river Aras. I guess he's 'handling' his net.
