I use the blue Scott International series of albums to house my stamp collection. I have rearranged the albums by country rather than by year. With yearly supplements many of my binders have become so blotted that I can no longer add more pages. I NEED TO SPLIT MOST OF THEM!!

I am a disabled Vet with a small income and can not afford new binders. I am looking for serviceable used binders. I want the 3" size, not the jumbo size. They do not need to be "Like New". They can be downright ratty as long as they will still hold the pages. I do not care what is stamped on the spine as I re-label them.

I need 10-15 of these used binders. If you have one or more that you want to sell at a reasonable price (or give away) , email me with your price (including shipping.

ANTMAN ---Thank you for your service to the nation . I had the same problem you are having many years ago . I purchased a three hole punch and transferred a whole set of international pages into the note book binders .This gave me a easy to expand set of albums ,I use this set for daily handling because those Scott Blue Binders just don't stand up to the daily use .

Floortrader--Thanks for the suggestion but I have over 40 volumes currently and it would cost almost as much to convert to 3-ring notebooks as it would to buy the number of new International binders that I need.

ANTMAN ---Your best bet would be to check with SUBWAY STAMPS and see if they may have any Blue International in slightly defective condition because they handle so much supply or check around with the auction houses to see if they get a supply .
