Not sure if this label was issued in conjunction with the 1933 Chicago Exposition commemorating "A Century Of Progress"?

Century of Progress fair in Chicago 1933-1934. There is a 25˘ and $1 denominated label. Also, the eagle and shield are found on left or right side of label.
This is also the era of General Italo Balbo Italian squadron.
