I have found this same mark 'Uniewaznion ' on several stamps from this series I have acquired. I was wondering if anyone knows if this was a pre-cancel or placed at the same time as the cancel that is over it.

The closest translation is that I can determine is 'To Recall or Revoke '.

Any help is appreciated.

It's actually 'Uniewazniono', & 'revoked' would be the the better translation. In cases where Postage Due stamps had been affixed to an item but then found that they are not needed, rather than try to rip the stamps off, they were cancelled 'Uniewazniono' thus officially invalidating the stamps.

Nice to get almost the complete cancel, I've got a couple of singles so only part of the cancel shows.

So the cancel 'Revoked ' was at the same time as the postal cancel or at the delivered end of the journey?

Good question & I am sorry to say I have no definite knowledge about this, but an educated guess would be this - Postage Due stamps are affixed & cancelled at the END of the journey when the receiving Post Office notices that Post Due is applicable, so one can assume that that is where the 'Revoked' cancel would be applied.
