Might be a Russian stamp sheet. Looks like similar style to this issue: https://www.storeslider.com/aihchbi...567216e.html

Abkhazia, a breakaway province of Georgia, currently occupied by Russia.

The stamps may be valid within the borders of Abkhazia. Internationally, Abkhazia is not recognized by the UPU.

These and other like these are bogus. These stamps are designed to defraud. They are commomonly use Russian & English and have have high monetary values with no currancy clearly noted. Because of the high denomination on the stamps they are often sold at a Premium. These are locations that were within the USSR former territories!

If you go to this site you will see a stamp canceled on an envelope with additional Russians stamps. This stamp is in English but uses a realistic postage value of 3.70, still no currany clearly shown, but the additional Russian stamps would have been require for delivery overseas. It also has a local political theme! So this example could be, should be legit.
