Hi guys..Take a look at this bill stamp..possible re-entry..possible bad inking..?..Thanks for any thoughts.

Stamp is better looking than it seems..still on paper.

It looks like a Slip Print to me. I would gather a few more opinions before taking mine as being correct. Notice how the shading is always on the same side. If the marks were clearer rather than smudgy looking then I would have guessed re-entry.
