Your stamp is from Plate 5
An example of plate 5 is below...



Your stamp shows plate wear... the grey shade towards the bottom of the stamp so I would assume it to be before repair by re-entry was undertaken. Your stamp with the check letters OB was one of the positions to be repaired by re-entry but I can see no signs of re-entry in this case.
For value I would say around UK £125 (catalog value would be UK £300 plus) as an off-cover stamp but as it looks like it is on cover it would be worth at least one third more.

Four margin plate 5 on cover, red maltese cross, agree with scotzm on value but it would be nice to show the whole cover if you could scan it for us. Thanks
