Sure, that looks like a nearly complete pane of the common Lange forgeries of the 5 centavos Escudito issue. I am not positive, but I believe the Lange forgeries are still being printed since there are so many of them, and full panes still show up fairly often. There are three different values in the forgeries, 5c, 10c and 15c, with many different shades for each. They sometimes are gummed and sometimes not, I've also seen them on different papers, but not often. I can't tell for sure from your scan, but it looks like the printing plates are finally starting to wear out, though that might just be less ink than normal in the print.
