Sure, they are all in use from the period from the start of the Civil War until the early 1870s. The 3c value is the most common stamp used during that period because the rate to mail a letter was 3c. The 1c is a bit harder to find, it paid the local junk mail rate so most were tossed. The 15c is a bit later (issued in 1866 instead of 1861 on the others). The 1c and 15c look like they are in reasonable shape and if properly IDed would likely sell in the $10-50 range. The 3c is more problematic with the perforations trimmed off the side like that. It's probably worth a quarter or so. All three of these stamps were issued both with and without an impressed grill. I don't see any indication yours are grilled, and they'd be worth more if so. Best would be a better, clear image of the back, where grills show best. Tough to do with a cell phone, though propping the phone on a stack of books pointing down on the stamp could give you better results. Best is to use a scanner at 600 or 1200 DPI.
