Could someone decode the cachet, I know that its the local French Red Cross Chapter that had an issue of 2000 but I cannot make sense of the cachet. Google translate when I typed in "dans le monde entier le concorde et la croix-rouge" came up with "worldwide the harmony and the red cross" I know this is a time that google translate is not right.

I think it's a play on concorde as in harmony and Concorde as in the Anglo-French aeroplane - "Throughout the world, C/concorde and the Red Cross".

that might be my problem concorde/Concorde Tried the Capital "C" and now translates as "Worldwide Concorde and the Red Cross"
