This is another card from my recent purchase. This cancel jumped out at me. Did a quick google study. I believe this is a railroad marking. Is that correct?
Is ZUG 210 a specific train, or maybe a route number??

As always, any added insight is welcomed.

Yep, it is a German Bahnpost (Railway) marking. ZUG210 was probably the train #.

Berlin to Sassnitz, a resort town due north of Berlin about 4-5 hours by train.

Yes, the German word zug means train. Bahnpost cancels are relatively common in this era - it seems railroad post offices were a big part of the German postal system at that time.

Germany Bahnpost 1900-1933 is very intersting topic for collecting, I thing exist Manual book for that. (on German printed before 1940).
