I am trying to find out if anyone knows of an error on the UNNY scott catalog 99. A 13 cent Unicef stamp. I have a sheet where a lot of the gold printing is missing.

This sheet recently showed up in a collection being liquidated by a relative of the collector.

I cannot find one speck of information on a sheet, or even a single missing the gold color ink.

I'm beginning to think that this sheet has been locked away in the collection since 1961.

Thanks in advance, Al

A scan is preferred over a picture. If you see any gold, as you noted, then the gold is not missing. It looks like the gold is simply partially flaking off. But it's hard to tell from you picture.

Poor print quality, not a true error.
