Old HR Postcards

In honor of our new member from Hrvatska (Croatia), here is a thread for Old HR Postcards.

First up: the lovely Dubrovnik, much prettier than its complicated history.

The 1910 postmark makes this stamp the 'Rose' 10-Heller 1908 definitive issued in honor of the Emperor Franz Josef I (who gave my family its family name), and which I have seen identified as Mi: AT 144v, Sn: AT 115, Yt: AT 106, ANK: AT 144.

For the innocent, the German phrase "kaiserlich und königlich" comes into English as "Imperial and Royal".
