... published by a railway that has run for over eighty years ...
... to a hotel (The Schneefernerhaus) in operation for over sixty years ...

what is that down near the bottom?
DISCC (District Information Services Control Command) was part of OMGUS (Office of Military Government Germany US), in operation from late 1944 thru 30 June 1946, which narrows our dating window, and nicely!
I will leave it to others to find & date Authorization #8529.
