I don't know why I kept them, but I do have pdf files of all issues of USA Philatelic from Q1 of 2011 and forward. The problem is that some files are quite large (50K to 80K) and usually exceed the size of files that can be sent via basic email. (I suppose I could dump them all onto a CD or thumb drive, though.)
Sign up for a free Dropbox account. They'll give you 2GB of free cloud space and they don't spam or annoy you. Dropbox works on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. I love it.
You can store your PDF there and share them (temporarily or permanently) with others. Those you share with can download them with or without having a Dropbox account.

Probably to avoid confusion. Like most any company, only the latest catalog is usually available on line as inventory, stock numbers and price changes would only confuse the consumer in making purchases if there were more than one catalog found on their website.
I wasn't familiar with Dropbox but if I used that for storage of USA Philatelic pdf's and made it available to others, would it not be copyright infringement, since I am not the "owner" of the pdf documents and thus be in violation of the Dropbox terms of use?
